Asia-Pacific turns money-spinner for technology production

The Asia-Pacific market, particularly urban Greater China, India, Japan and Korea, are high growth markets for technology products and services providers. This, in turn, represents markets for the providers of the products and services consumed.

In an effort to getting its finger on this lucrative pulse, Forrester Research, global technology and market research company, will release its first research on technology adoption by urban consumers from these regions. This is the first time we are doing this in the Asia-Pacific region and the report will be released this week.

The research looks at attitudes towards IT spend, said Dennis Kanemitsu, vice-president, sales and marketing, Forrester Research Inc. He added, Last year, we decided that the three important markets in this region are India, Japan and Australia.
